It was a simple inspection and tire rotation and took over 2 hours. They didn’t even change the oil. There’s no reason it should take that long for a scheduled appointment
Alex was great, and service was excellent. I was simply disappointed to know that Pederson now charges 3% for credit card usage. I believe this will hurt Pederson in the long run, just seemed like a negative at the end of my service session. Nobody likes to see unexpected fees (even if it was written on the estimate)

I only have to say that Bill was most helpful and accommodating. I am satisfied with the quality of the work done on my vehicle. Finally, under the leadership of Chris, the service manager, the vibe in the shop as relates to customer interaction is light years better than it was previously.
Bill was great as always. Told me about the upcoming tire sale too as I am getting close to needing to do that.
Overall I had a great experience, but my tire pressure light was on after my servicing. Tires look good and were given a green rating, assuming one of the sensors went bad after my tire rotation.
Service and communication were great.
I watched my oil change get done over at the Volvo service center. And I noticed that they closed off the oil drain valve before they took off the oil filter which leads to a buildup in accumulation of old oil that gets trapped in the system. So long story short, my oil is already very dirty and degraded because they did the order of operations incorrectly. They should have taken off the oil filter and let the system drain for at least a minute before they closed up the bottom drain. I am actually very upset and I will be coming back in for a redo as my oil was immediately contaminated and as dark as I would see 200 to 500 miles of driving
We were not happy that we had to wait in the drive thru to pay and pick up our car. It felt risky. We should not have to pay to find out something is not covered under warranty.
I have known Trevor since we were kids. He is a great guy and I trust him with my vehicle. He is a big part of why I take my Toyota to Pederson for service.
I realized that the windshield wipers that I had paid for were not replaced. I called when I discovered this and I returned and they were replaced. I appreciate the quick service when I returned. This was my first time at Pederson so this did not give me a good impression.
Due to a high work load, we had to wait an unusual amount of time to be waited on.
I think it would help to mention that when I arrived, my appointment was listed on a hard copy list that one service rep had, but it was not in the tablet-based system. This was an appointment set up by my salesman upon purchase of the vehicle.
