Both Tanner and Alex assisted me with respect and efficiency, thus getting me and out in a timely manner. Their courtesy and the fast handling of my appointment were greatly appreciated.
I'm always left standing for probably a minute or two before anyone even acknowledges my presence - even as various employees walk by no one so much as says "we'll be right with you." As soon as someone does start helping me, everything is totally fine from that point on. So just a little extra touch of common courtesy to acknowledge people arriving would be great. Nothing but praise for the remainder of the experience.

Bill treated me good when I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance. But…. The technician reported that there was an oil leak that should be addressed. I park my car on the driveway, and there had been no oil spots on it before I brought it in. It wasn’t leaking before the service. Now it is. Appears to be suspicious. Bill was fine… I’m not so sure about the technician.
Justin Adams performed very well when processing my vehicle service, we had a couple of problems with getting the correct parts!

After 30 minutes of waiting in the bay with no one greeting me, and people driving in behind us being helped, I felt neglected. When I told them I felt neglected they were kind and found someone to help us. 3 hours later our 10k service was completed. 20 minutes later, we got our truck. If it was not part of warranty, I would not return.
My first time at Pederson and it went very well. Everyone was friendly and I felt it took a normal amount of time for the service.
Justin is a super nice person, and I know he has to put up with a lot crabby people but I think he handles himself very well. The only comment I can make about the service is that if a customer is waiting for their vehicle an update would be nice when a problem arises. We waited for a little over 3 hours and I had to go find someone to tell me something! That is my only complaint.
Although I know it has become a new business practice I think it is greedy and unacceptable for a business to charge a client or customer an additional 3% to cover their cost of the customer using a credit card. Most of us would be happy to pay in cash if we were able. Just my opinion.
I just wanted to let everyone know that I adore Smokey and his help smoothing the check in process. He is a joy and makes my day every time I come in (I have been welcomed by him twice).
Ken has also been very helpful in our interactions.
