I didn't realize or see that you were going to charge me to use a credit card. Just seems like a cost of doing business. I'll be reluctant to use Pedersen in the future. I would have paid cash.
Good customer service and done in a timely manner.
My issue is not with William or even the people who serviced my vehicle. My issue is that the person with whom I spoke when I made the service appointment misled me in 2 ways:
1) I was told to park and go inside to check in. I specifically asked whether to put my car in line, and was told not to. That’s incorrect information for this location.
2) I was told it would take 30-60 minutes, but the service people said 60-75. I didn’t find that out until I had waited past 60 minutes and then walked back in to the service bays to check.
In the future, it would be nice if the information shared by the scheduler was true.
Otherwise, the service was great!

I left without having Pedersen complete the work. It would have saved me money. But I bought the mirror and paid full price from parts. I had made an appt for 9:30 am. When the work had not even been started at 10:35 I told them to bring my 4 Ruuner around and I bought the mirror and left. My time as a professional is valuable too. That was the second and last time I'll do business at Pedersen and be treated with this kind didrespect for my time. Fred L Croci
