Trevor was thorough in his details. He was patient with my decision making. And he best his estimate price quote and things were cheaper then expected. That is so important to me as a teacher balancing the budget. He was nice and thoughtful. I was very impressed.
Trevor said it would 30 minutes to add a piece of trim to my car. After an hour I messaged him through the Pedersen service app. The only contact I received in the 1 hour 40 minutes wait was the initial auto response about an inspection which the car didn’t need as it had its inspection prior to the oil change at Pedersen last week. When I asked him why it had taken so long he mumbled something about paper work. It was also far more expensive than I was initially quoted. Won’t be back. There are other auto service shops in FoCo.
I appreciate the willingness to get me in sooner than originally scheduled and the flexibility. I was also pleasantly surprised tonfind the dealers prices were less than local garages. I appreciated Trevor's communication and responsiveness. Also grateful for willingness to have adjunct part installed for hust the price of the part. Also liked how Trevor summoned an Uber and it was there within mi utes. This all goes to restore my confidence and trust in the dealer service department. I will seek Pedersen out first in the future

Kenneth was professional and courteous. I never thought having a vehicle serviced at a dealership would be a pleasant experience but Pedersen and Kenneth changed my mind.
This visit was just for a diagnosis, and the part needs to be ordered. Hopefully, the communication and quality of work will be excellent, also.

I don’t mean to sound like the service itself was bad, or the people. Only that it took two and a half hours.
My experience with Pedersen Toyota was entirely unsatisfactory. I will be contacting Toyota corporate about how unprofessional, and unacceptable my experience was with **** Downs, the service provider, and Jackson Phillips the technician.
It wasn't clear how to recieve my car once it was finished.
