He spoke so fast, it was hard to understand what he was saying. My car was driven out to the lot, but no one came to the waiting room to tell me it was ready. I went to the service check in area after 20 minutes and was told he went to lunch. Was I surpose to wait until he returned?? If someone goes to lunch, what is the protocol for getting the cars to the customers? After I returned home, I get a text that my car is ready to pick up, but I only had until 5 pm to pick it up. What?? I waited at the dealership. Questionable customer service.

**** and his team tried their best to solve and correct my complaint about a steering problem that developed after the struts on both axles were replaced by another repair facility in Fort Collins. Their conclusion was that the struts on the front axle were defective,which prevented the steering system from being aligned correctly. The front struts should be replaced by the garage that installed them.**** was very thourgh in his explanation of my options.Your service department deserves 5 gold stars !!

Come on ****, you know what happened. Appointment was 11am for 20k Mile service and from spoiler bolts. You tell me this will take one to one half hour. An hour and half in I get a text saying progress will now be done by 2:15-2:30pm. 2:30 I ask what’s the status. You tell me tech has gone home and no wolk will be on my vehicle. You are a real gem ****!

Everything is fine- the problem was diagnosed and remedied. I was given an estimate of ~2 hour wait. I was there 5 1/2 hours! It was OK, because I had things to do, but that was a bit of a long wait…perhaps an update after a few hours would have been nice. Still-the coffee was good and I got a lot done! ????
