I brought my C-HR in for an oil change and inspection on 11/01/25 and it was noted my brakes were as follows: LR 8mm RF 8mm LR 6mm RR 6mm. Due to the 6mm being in the "yellow" I was told I may need to replace my brakes in 6-12 months depending on wear. I brought the same vehicle in with the same brakes on 04/25/26 and the brakes were recorded as being LR 9mm RF 9mm LR 7mm RR 7mm. Which one is accurate? How am I supposed to accurately gauge wear based on these two different pieces of information? I would imagine the measuring implements haven't changed in 6 months. Tanner was friendly and great at handling my service today. I'm very concerned about that I may be getting inaccurate information in my inspections.

I was told my maintenance checkup was covered by my warranty. When finished and maintenance checkup done I was told it wasn’t covered by warranty (less than 2 years I have had the car but over 20000 miles. It was under the mileage limit when you booked the appointment. Doesn’t seem fair. Misleading
