The pickup was not great. It was snowing and I had to walk in the snow to get my car. It seemed they could have pulled my car right up to the awning I was standing under but maybe there’s a rule against that. The number was left on my dash like trash. The seat setting was crazy- way back not at the way I left it. Just seemed like a kind of junky vehicle return. Overall these comments are minor. I appreciate the work you do.

Bill was great. However I left very frustrated. It was not Bill’s fault that others had called in sick which made a standard check take 2.5 hours. Also, explain to me why I have a “service” agreement, but I had to pay for a cabin filter and $20+ of a “service “fee to install it.
Today. I would not recommend Toyota. Again, none of this was Bill’s fault.
I didn't realize putting on four new tires took 4.5 hrs.!

Very impressive service from the young man who got the car processed in for service, to **** going over the specific areas wanting attention and later settling our account and the pleasant employee who brought the car to the curb. All very pleasant and professional.
I had called earlier in the day to tell the team that the tires had been switched from snow tires to summer tires so they did not need balancing or rotations. The “tire” icon was not on when I delivered the car for service, but it was on when I started the car to drive home. I was told that there was a “bad” sensor that needed replacing. It will cost me $89.50 to diagnose the problem. I want your organization to repair the problem you caused for no cost to me.
William was great - service was very slow. Even my advisor was questioning why things were moving so slow.
