He went out of his way to help me and answered several questions for me and epitomized what I think customer service is. This is the second time the car was brought in for wondering on certain pavements. The service department performed the same check as the first time. However, they were supposed to perform the check on the specific pavement and with different tires. The sevice manager had me bring the vehicle in to have these checks performed. Apparently, neither was performed. I questioned the service advisor Bob Troutman about why these things were not done. Bob response was very clear to me on both occasions. It's a problem with the tires without providing a solution. Mr. Troutman admitted there is a problem, but apparently not his problem. Chris the service manager understands the issue and has offered to help. But the seams to be a communication issue between the two individuals.
