My interior is a light gray colored fabric and there are now grease stains on the passenger seat and door that were not there before the appointment.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. This is my first experience with a dealership for service and it was not negative like I expected. Bill, Smokey and the older gentleman that chat with everyone were so wonderful.

Bob and Steve were so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. They had to keep my car overnight but communication was solid. I had a very nice experience at Pederson.

Very little communication about the status of the routine maintenance that I was having done and had made an appointment for weeks in advance. I had an 8:00am appointment and dropped my car off the night before. I had to text multiple times and call to find out if my car was going to take more than one day which was not communicated to me and it was getting late in the day with no information. A little after 5:00pm I received a text saying I needed to come pick up my car by 5:30- luckily I was able to make it in time and get my car

I dropped my car off early to my 10am appointment. I was originally quoted about 45 minutes for the work to be done and then when I arrived they said “a couple of hours” ok that’s fine. It didn’t get done until 4:30 and that was after I called twice for an update that I never received and then finally texted saying I needed my car by 4:30 to pick up my daughter as my car has the car seat in it. I feel like my car kept getting pushed to the back of the line and was only worked on when I finally started calling and getting firm. Oh, AND when I called that morning they told me the system had messed up and they didn’t even have my appointment on the books for today. Everyone was very kind especially Smokey and Trevor.the free uber rides are also appreciated. But I would never go to this location for a paid service given the poor communication and length of time it took. If I had a reasonable estimate when we started I would have handled my day differently .

The advisor said the dealership test drove the car. No you did not. Mileage. Was the same in and out. Let’s hope that what you guys did works out.

I had a somewhat confusing experience with my 30000 service of my 4Runner. Kyle told me they would perform a 10000 service. My invoice says 10k. I don’t believe I was charged the cost of a 30k? Either way, whilst Kyle tried to alleviate any concerns I had I still didn’t feel like it was a seamless experience and left feeling like something wasn’t right

My schedule is incredibly busy. I found a spot to bring my only vehicle in for 3.5 hours only to be told that they did not have the time to fully inspect. While I understand being busy and the complexity of the diagnostic, I don't have many openings in my schedule like this one. Im glad they did a zero charge. However Ive been going here for years and I'm not sure I can return with the notion that it may not be worth the time.
