Justin’s service, yes. Very unsatisfied with the experience of returning 2 times for a supposed replacement of shock cover. The first time the part was not ordered and this second appointment, part was there but when Justin checked further, it was determined that the repair was not necessary!

Overall, I had a really good experience. My only note would be improve signage or expectations in terms of where to go for early drop off and pick up. I was able to figure out where to go, but I can imagine some frustration since it is unclear and not outlined anywhere online or in person. Thank you again!
