I was told when I made the appointment that it would be an hour. The appointment was a little over two hours and I became very frustrated because I have a doctors appointment at MCR. However, Ken made it good by giving me a discount on the service and I was very pleased.
Bob is great. I call him the Professor. He is so knowledgeable. He is also very courteous and friendly.
Also; the older gentleman, Steve- he was amazing! He made the experience what it was! It was great chatting with you and I hope to see you again!

Service team left some kind of gunk on the steering wheel. Good protection of seat and floor mat, but a little cleanup on steering wheel would be good when mechanics hands are dirty.

2 hours for the oil change is unacceptable. The last 20 minutes it was just sitting in your lot. I had to go request the keys so I could go pick it up myself. 10/10 horrible experience.
