Service on car was fine. Would appreciate more thought put into outside areas for customers to sit. On warm days the benches outside service bay are completely blasted in the direct sun, could you put some under some trees on the grounds? Would make for a much more pleasant wait.

Ken was fine. No problem with his service. However the simple service work took about an 1 hour and 45 minutes, Which is to long for a scheduled appointment.

Error on charges. My husband observed the error. Had it not been for the observation by my husband I wonder if the error would have been caught. Review of charges might want to be reviewed prior to charging the customer. We are pleased this far with the repairs
