What should have been a 2 hour appointment yesterday turned into an 8 hour fiasco, with 6 hours sitting in the uncomfortable waiting room. 2 hours of delay was due to a warranty item that was found. No problem. 4 hours of delay were due to incompetence and a lack of care about rectifying an error made by a tech in performing repairs (electronics scrambled from disconnecting the battery, found by me when I was told repairs were done and I could drive away). Disappointed!!
The service is extremely friendly and helpful, but a simple oil change takes over 2 hours which shouldn’t be the case.
There is a very loud noise coming from the fan or engine since bringing it into your shop.
When I make an appointment with a specific service advisor, I want to work with the person I made the appointment with. I had an appointment with Justin who I trust wholeheartedly. I made the mistake of doing the night drop, and somehow Kyle became my service advisor. Kyle is a very nice person, but he is inexperienced. My car somehow ended up in express service. If I wanted express service, I would have taken my car there as I have many times. However in this case, I waited a couple weeks so I could work with Justin to address my concerns with my car. I eventually got transferred to a few different people on the phone who tried to tell me I never had an appointment. I finally got to talk to Justin who confirmed that I did have an appointment. I asked Justin if I could change the service call over to him, and he said the computer wouldn’t allow him to do that. So I came and picked up my car without getting the repairs done. I have been with Pedersen Toyota for about 20 years. This was very disappointing. I don’t want to take my car somewhere else.

Service rep Bill was excellent! Your on-line system -- particularly re scheduling and iin-service approval authorizations is somewhat confusing: It's not always clear what services you are requesting and approving. Tweak that system and it will be 5-star all around.
Mr. Fisher was very professional and explained the service performed on my Toyota. Very pleased with the dealership and service performed.
Bill was very through on explaining to my wife about what was going to be done to her truck.

I wasn’t exactly sure why I was there except that I had a light come on to tell me something was wrong with my car and when I had my oil changed, they noticed it and thought I needed to come in to have it looked into further. The previous advisor had scheduled the appointment. When I arrived, this advisor couldn’t figure out why I was there and kept asking me questions. He seemed irritated with me that I didn’t know, and I had to keep repeating myself, and it he made me feel like I shouldn’t be there
Everyone involved with bringing my vehicle in for service was absolutely the perfect combination of friendly and professional.
3% for credit card payment is very tacky
