Pedersen Toyota is a good place to buy your vehicles and service is good. However, the client waiting room is gross. It’s time to refresh everything and get new furniture and throw out the duck tape chairs along with the squeaky - damaged chairs and remodel the restrooms. Pedersen is a prestigious company selling the best brand of vehicles. Please give this some thought and maybe visit other dealerships for ideas. Thank you.

When I first arrived an old man named Steve was trying to convince me to turn around. He didn’t ask if I had an appointment or anything. Then when I drove not even a mile away from the dealer the maintenance light came back on. I’m am very annoyed with my first interaction getting my brand new car maintained. Still haven’t decided if I’m going to call to complain. I have no interest in returning for any maintenance so this location can get my maintenance credit.

My appointment got messed up twice- today was a reschedule but I wasn’t on the schedule. Fortunately, I was able to get in. The automated inspection was terrible- the tech spoke so fast and it was so loud I couldn’t hear him. I couldn’t get the auto pay to work then had to wait 10 minutes to pay then additional five minutes for my car. Car comes back and my seat settings are all out of wack and the dashboard display is messed up and I don’t know how to get it back to what it was.
