The car is still broken with the exact same problem. I’ve already spent more than $500 dollars in this car having bought it only two months ago. This is really frustrating.
We requested/asked multiple times that our brake rotors be checked due a a concern about them possibly having an issue. We were assured they would be and then that did not happen more than a "visual inspection". Additionally, it is unclear if the tires were rotated as we were told they would be. Lastly, the lack of clear communication was frustrating
Over all, the only negative was you were very short handed on a Saturday afternoon as I waited 15 minutes to be checked in. However Bill was superb. Being the only agent apparently on duty he went out of his way to help resolve any issues I had. Extremely happy with his service.
Kyle was very courteous and kind. He was also very thorough with answering all my questions. I had a great experience.

I had sent a text and left a message and heard nothing. I finally called the parts department to get in touch with someone. Then, my car has to come back because you didn't have the part for the recall.

Justin was great- he was relatable, transparent, and helpful. Why my experience was less than satisfactory has to do with the disappointment in owning a TRD Pro for less than a year, but experience an issue with the truck already. I have been a loyal Toyota owner for years (previously owned a Prius, corolla, and Highlander), but am strongly reconsidering the strong opinion I once held for the Toyota brand.
What should have been a 2 hour appointment yesterday turned into an 8 hour fiasco, with 6 hours sitting in the uncomfortable waiting room. 2 hours of delay was due to a warranty item that was found. No problem. 4 hours of delay were due to incompetence and a lack of care about rectifying an error made by a tech in performing repairs (electronics scrambled from disconnecting the battery, found by me when I was told repairs were done and I could drive away). Disappointed!!
The service is extremely friendly and helpful, but a simple oil change takes over 2 hours which shouldn’t be the case.
Social
