I wasn't informed about the 3% credit card processing fee before coming in. I wasn't told why the oil pan had to be replaced. Nor was I told what happened to the old pan after it was replaced. As you can tell, I'm a bit disgruntled.
This is my experience every time. I go in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Should be done in under an hour. 3.5+ hours later, the car is still not ready. The agent even put in a time of 330 when I checked in at 12:30. I came back at 3:50 and the car was still not ready. As soon as I find someone else I trust to do the oil changes, I would really like to get away from this time sink. It basically takes up my whole day.

I think two hours to change oil when I have an appointment is a little excessive.
The fact I had a recall scheduled to also be done and I was told there were not enough technicians was not good either. It isn't my problem you can't get help and your scheduler should not say it can be done if it can't.
