My windshield was NOT cracked when I brought my car in. When I picked it up the AC was set on Low on both sides. The windshield had a large crack. I immediately showed it to ****. He took pictures and pointed out a rock chip. The rock chip was very low, below the hood. I obviously don’t know how or when the chip occurred. It was low 80 degrees with AC set to low. Did this temp difference cause it to crack? I’m not very happy. I have talked to my insurance company and set appt with Safelite to fix it next Tuesday with $100 deductible.

There was no problem with Tanner. He did his job well and remedied the situation. The issue lies with the person doing the oil change. Once again, after an oil change, the oil level was not completely filled up according to the dipstick indicator mark. When I picked up my car, I drove it to the level area near the entrance to check the oil. It was nearly 1/2 quart low. I went to get Tanner to let him also check it and he agreed it was low. He apologized and went to get more oil to top it off. He was very careful to keep everything clean and when he closed the hood he apologized again. He said he would let Chris know. And as a minor point, two of the valve stem caps on the tires were only screwed on maybe halfway. They were not snugged up and tightened all the way. This is the third oil and filter change I have had done there and my car has 15,000 miles on it now. I would rather not go the full 10,000 miles between oil change/service so from the beginning, I have paid for a service job in between those mile marks. The first time I had my car in for an oil and filter change was 6/25/24 and the car had 3000 miles on it. When I checked the oil, it was 1 quart low. I let the service adviser know (I forget his name) and he had the person who changed the oil come out and top it off for me. I also talked to the service manager about it at that time. My main question was why the person doing the oil change not check the oil level with the dipstick after they fill it? I was told they are supposed to. The next service I had was at 10,000 miles on 4/2/25 and that was the normal factory service on it. The oil level was correct and everything else looked good. This brings us back to the current oil and filter change at 15,000 miles when it was 1/2 quart low. Overall, my car buying experience at Pedersen‘s has been great. I bought my car in March of last year, and Chance walked me through the whole process wonderfully and went over all the options available to me when buying a new car. High marks go to Vikkie also. She was very knowledgeable and efficient when going through all the finance and other insurance paperwork with me. I even spoke with Michelle, in accessories, a few times to see what all is available if I wanted it for my new car. She also was very helpful and it was a great pleasure talking with her. So in my case, I think the only area for potential improvement would be the service department. We just need to get the people doing the oil changes to actually check the oil level after they fill it with the dipstick. Thank you for your attention to this. Bruce N

Tanner was great- but my wait time was over 3 hours. It was a simple 65K check, plus mounting one new tire. Three hours seemed a bit too long.

Thank you. My vehicle service was finished sooner than expected and was quite a bit less expensive than expected. Thank you for allowing me to use a coupon that gave me a very nice discount when you didn’t have to do that!

Ultimately Svcs mgr took care of my problem. Very happy with that interaction. **** was misleading and I believe untruthful. He showed no concern for my issue. I could not drive my car for 4 days as was up against warranty mileage. **** would not listen to my suggestion which was proven viable and would have let me drive my car while waiting for a service slot. He simply did not care enough to solve my situation

Trevor was very nice and helpful. He encouraged me to let him call an uber for me instead of sitting there for 3-4 hours. When I came to pick up my car , I appreciated his excellent customer service . He saw me standing there, stopped his lunchtime to help me so I didn’t have to wait and could be on my way. It is the little things that count ????

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and specified that I did not want my tires rotated as I had just gotten them rotated but when I got the checklist back it showed that they had been rotated.

I brought my vehicle in in an emergency situation and you took it. I was under the assumption that you were going to be able to look at it in the near future. After half a week I come to realize you’re not going be able to get to even diagnose it for another week and a half. I wish the service department was more upfront from the beginning that it was going to take so long and I would’ve taken it somewhere else to begin with. I live 4 1/2 hours away, so my van is stranded in Fort Collins and I do not even know when it will even be diagnosed.
