Alex is the best. I come back to Pedersen Toyota service because of Alex. He always takes care of whatever vehicle issue I bring in. And he’s honest, straightforward, and trustworthy.
Due to battery failure, I had my car towed to Pedersen (on a Tuesday). Robert (Bob) told me the service dep't was booked 2-3 weeks out but that he would try to get someone to check my car in the next 2-3 days. Fortunately, he found some availability, the battery was replaced, and I was able to pick up my car by week's end.
Pederson got our vehicle in very quickly to assess a problem and got it fixed pretty quickly! Couldn't be happier.
Kyle registered the car quickly and efficiently. I was amazed that he remembered me. That sort of customer service coupled with expertise is invaluable.
Also, Mr Seil checked out the car/settled bill since I was in a hurry.

Prompt, kind and professional
Bill was great and I’ve consistently had a good experience with him as he is prompt, knowledgeable and professional. I had two issues with my servicing today. 1) I waited for between 10-15 minutes for my car to be delivered to me after it was ready and it never came. I had to go back in and remind them. My key was still on the rack. 2) when I got in my car to drive away, the servicing reminder had not been re-set. I had to deive back in and request a reset. These are relatively minor issues but they added an extra 20 minutes to my servicing that wasn’t necessary. These should be easy to fix.

I came in for just an oil change. The service was fine. Bitt I was there for two hours. I was not expecting it to take that much time for an oil change. I would have made arrangements to wait some where else. Otherwise I am always happy with your services.
4 hours for an oil change? Really. I had an appointment to keep so you also lost out on a few recommended add-ons from the inspection report. I don't recall wait for an oil change ever taking this long. Will need to seriously think about this at my next oil change or other somewhat basic service i.e. air filter, cabin filter, wiper blades, batteries etc. also, $89 to diagnose faulty tire pressure sensor? I can have discount do this for no cost on a hand held scanner. I'll use discount tire for this and to replace the tire pressure sensor batteries.
