Work completed seems solid.
What is the point of having a POC when he isn’t available to answer questions or doesn’t let you know when the vehicle is ready.
I did not receive an alignment report though it is referenced on the invoice.
I left a VM for the service manager and have not heard back.
I still have questions.

In fact, whoever was smart enough to hire him should get a raise!
The appointment itself was fine. It was when I got home and realized I had a tail light out. That is something I would have thought would have been caught so I would have had a chance to have fixed while I was there. That was pretty disappointing l.
My dissatisfaction has to do with the payment more than the service. I think it’s a shame after doing business with Pedersen for almost 30 years that I am asked to pay a service charge for putting the charges on my credit card. My complaint has to do with no notice of this change, though I was told that it went into effect in June. A simple email to your customers would be a real service as I do not normally carry my checkbook with me and do not have a debit card.. your service person offered no apologies and no adjustments.
Alex was so kind and communicative. I will be back because of him.
He needs to slow down when talking to the customer and be attentive to the text messages sent to him during the approval process for extra charges.

Had to keep my car overnight to finish service. Wasn’t expecting that.
Able to determine problem, and actually had the part for quick repair. It's a 2010, so very happy with results.

Trevor got my brake job done quickly. Given that getting a ride home was not an option I appreciated not having to sit in the waiting room any longer than I did.
Bob seemed a little frustrated with something during our interactions. Not sure it was with me, but he seemed like he was having a bad day. Also it took 8 hours for an oil change, a rotation and an alignment. I had to cancel an appointment I had at 5pm because of the delay. That isn’t necessarily his fault, but still frustrating. And the final concern I had was that my map was turning on my center screen on its own. The techs “fix” for this was to just set my map on North. That’s such a condescending and inappropriate “fix” for that issue.

Wrong mirror for scheduled replace. I drove 2 hours for replacement. No apologies and highly inconvenient to reschedule. Nobody approached me to reschedule. I understand things gets mixed up. Also over decades as a customer, truck was not given any courtesy clean in interior or exterior. I’m for tje most part not demanding, but many dealerships often at least wipe down and vacuum interior and some even to a courtesy exterior wash. This will require me to scehesule out another repair.
