Peterson toyota in general. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to get a wheel alignment. Left the vehicle at 9:30 am on 10-9-25. I then returned to Peterson at 4:00 pm only to find the requested service was not yet assigned to a technician! What? I had to wait? The service manager and I rescheduled the appointment to 10/23/25 at 9:00 am to “Try again”! Needless to say, I am not a satisfied customer with this delay. The service manager and I negotiated a reduced service charge on my return visit due to this issue. I rely on Peterson T to maintain my Toyota and depend on the desired work to be completed on time and with the highest quality. Nothing promised was delivered, something about your tech leaving early. Apparently now we’re supposed to reschedule for service. Very frustrating and disappointing. You all charged us for an extended oil change and tire rotation package and we didn’t even agree to purchase that. Can you please explain

Came in yesterday with a 12 pm appt for a basic oil change and it took 2hrs. It's as if Kyle Bagwell took lunch in the middle of it. As well my service advisor knew I was waiting and still had the car taken to the back lot which required even more time to have it brought back up after I payed. It's as if everything had been done in a timely manor. Also the tire pressures are two high and it said fluids were topped off, which amounted to washer fluid even though it appears the coolant reservoir is at low. If this seems acceptable then it will be the last time I come there for anything. Derek L
