Normally I just do PM on my own vehicles but my wife and I choose to get her vehicle serviced at a dealership for tracking purposes. Additionally I prefer OE parts to help with longevity. With that said, I am highly considering getting PM done at a different location or just doing it myself. Through the term of our lease and now after, our average time commitment for an oil change is about 2 hours. Additionally, the lack of communication from service representatives is horrible. On multiple occasions we have had to track someone down to inquire about the status of the service, just to find out the vehicle was done and waiting for pick up without someone notifying us. Lastly during our previous service appointment (not today’s) our car was turned back over to us with the child safety seats unbuckled and no warning. Luckily we noticed it while putting our children into the seats, but we chose to not make a complaint due to needing to leave immediately for other obligations. In total, I am very disappointed in the level of communication and consideration for customers your service department has been providing.

**** was fantastic to work with! He did an awesome job at explaining the details of the maintenance and recall info on my car. Even though I could tell it was a busy Saturday for the team, he still had time to text me with updates. Each person did a great job!

Robert helped me understand what service was needed on my vehicle, scheduled a follow-up appointment, and then made sure the servicing was completed. It was also helpful as he ordered Uber pick ups and deliveries as needed.
