tanner was great. The only thing I did not like about the service was the waiting time. Even though I had an appointment at 3:30, I. Ame out at 5:15. The service was only tire rotation and checking overall status of the car.

I do have a question, do you recommend the next mileage or date for the next maintenance check? The old reminder sticker is still on the windshield, but there is not a new one.
No one answers the phone and only returned call after leaving a message three days in a row. No one could help me determine if my tires were covered by my extended warranty. A person in sales told me that tires weren’t covered. I had ordered a tire from another source which I had to cancel when I found out my tires were covered. When I got to the service appointment at Pederson, they couldn’t find my appointment or the tire that was ordered for me. Ken Seil finally checked me in and provided kind, expert and professional attention and I got my tire on in 45 minutes.
Robert did a Great Job! I had an appointment for an Inspection requested
by a potential buyer which was at 2:15 PM. I didn’t get out of there until 5:15
PM! 3 hours for an inspection is NOT ACCEPTABLE!! That is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
The reason that I haven’t used your service in the last 2.5 years is due to your poor time management with appointments. This episode confirms that you still get it and your customers time means NOTHING to you!!

While my vehicle was in for service for two weeks, I never received phone calls back when I left messages. I do not like receiving text only messages regarding my vehicle, especially after I had to have it towed for service.
Kris and Eric were very helpful and kind. They took videos of my problems.
Process of automating the check in and multi point inspection very slow compared to simple phone call or text message. A simple oil change should have been one hour and was 3 hours. It ended up taking almost all my morning and caused me to miss a contractor appointment.
Service was much better this time. I felt acknowledged and like my time was valued. Questions were answered and appreciated the ride to/from the dealership
