Everyone there was so friendly. I was so pleased that my screen wasn’t needing replacing. I hate driving without music or something to listen to. So the screen update was the simplest fix and under $100. I am high with thankfulness. Thank you wonderful mechanic who figured that out! Good job! ????

My car was in for a recall from 12:45 Friday til 12noon Saturday. Never once did I get a call or a response to my texts.I find this lack of communication inexcusable. I was told when I took the car in on Friday that it would be ready by 400.Not a good experience!!
There were 3 hiccups, the last one being the most concerning at this point. 1. We were told upon arrival you were busy and down a person and we may need to come back the next day to get everything done (after we scheduled a week in advance, because it’s 270 miles round trip and I had to take the day off from work). This seemed to be sorted out after about 30 minutes. Although I’m still not sure what the distinction was. 2. We asked for an estimated completion time after deciding on services and were told 2-3 pm. And it ended up being closer to 4pm and we had to reschedule a reservation. 3. There seems to be some wobble on the steering wheel at about 30 mph, which turns to subtle shaking at 40-45 mph and then goes away at higher speeds, so I’m not convinced our tires were balanced properly, after the rotation. Unfortunately you were closed by the time we noticed this as we were leaving town on our way home.
He was very helpful and was able to keep me updated on the process of my car.

Did not get good information on why they recommended a new battery, and it seems only minimal investigation went into why my trailer lights are not working. I had to ask about both issues, and Ken had gone to lunch by the time my vehicle was ready, and his backup guy had only very minimal information

The service personnel were fantastic! But the problem that I brought it in for didn’t get fixed. That was disappointing.
Because I was needed to go out of town, Justin was able to work me in to check my phone charging issue. They ordered the part, and I am very pleased with the speed and attention of the service.
Tanner did a great job communicating with us about the care our car needed.
