It took 2 1/2 hours to rotate the tires and the interval suggested by our car is not what the dealership suggest for oil changes which was the reason I was there in the first place

Only one complaint. The driver who bought the car around had totally moved my seat and steering wheel. Normally this would not be a problem but my car does not have a memory button. Additionally the passenger seat was totally reclined, radio off and AC was off.
This was the Worst experience EVER. I had an appointment at 1:15. I arrived 10 min early- had to wait for your crew to return from lunch- ok that’s on me for going early. Get checked in1:20. This was for a 5000 check up on a new vehicle. Was told it will take 1.5hrs. really? W an appointment? Ok . I go back to service person after 1.5 hr. Have to wait again for him to finish w other customer. I see my keys hanging on the rack- NO ONE had taken my car back yet!!!! He apologized, tried to offer to come back another day- but I’m doing a 12 hr road trip in 2days. Besides, why should I come back to this nightmare another day? Says they’ll have my car out in 20 min. I say you got 30 min then I’m seeing your boss. This is BS! Have the car out in 30 min. I get into drive it& the settings aren’t returned to how I left it. So I return since I can’t figure it out & have them return setting ti how it was when I dropped it off. I finally left your dealership at 3:45… I don’t know about you- but I don’t want to spend 2.5 hrs on my day off in a hot lounge with slow wifi and no snacks for a20 min service. My question is would anyone have noticed that I was still sitting there at 5:30 if I hadn’t spoken up? What would my experience have been if I needed a repair to my car? And no car wash? We bought a Honda at Marley the week before this purchase- my husband had the same service done there today w an appointment- had an oil change too in 45 min w a car wash… free or not, apologies or not, I am still very mad about this experience . I would use expletives—- so bad… not worth the “free” service if you are going to run your operation this way. What a Sh—-t Show. Call me if you need verification if this review andi ****-****-xxxx
Had a 1:30 appointment, dropped of my car at 1:30, went to lunch and came back at 2:30. Toyota says car will be done in another hour. Pretty poor time management. Making you are taking more reservations than you can handle? Also asked for auto start/stop to be reprogrammed to default to OFF, no effort made.

I had to wait for 2.5 hours for a simple mileage checkup. Thankfully I was granted a 15% discount due to the wait. Unfortunately, I was not contacted about the delay until I finally made an inquiry after two hours.
For my last 2 visits Kyle has been excellent
NO I was NOT satisfied. I came in for a oil change answer it took 3 hrs. No one bothered to even let Me know what was going on. This the second time something g like this has happend.
