Tanner was wonderful. The only comment I have is that to take almost 3.5 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation seems excessive. This is not the only time I or my husband have visited that we have spent an extraordinary amount of time waiting. However, the professionalism and quality of service is always exceptional, so thank you.

Just wish my tires got rotated. I paid for it. They said “the tread was too low” but there were green checks on all 4 tires for the inspection. I get that the treads might be low but they should still be rotated.
I'm waiting for a tire to come in. Any idea when that will happen ? Thanks
I left my car overnight for early morning service which was very convenient. I received messages and calls from Ken throughout the day and they were able to fix our tire by EOD. Paying online streamlined the whole checkout process and I was able to pickup my car upon arrival. Awesome service! Thanks Ken!!!
