**** and Kyle took really good care of my car. I was so excited that I really didn’t need brakes and the new tires that I bought are so nice. Smooth and quiet ride like my Avalon should do. DeeAnn went through all the different tires and this rides like she told me they should do. Thank you

I'd like to know why my service was with Ken again? This is the second time I've chosen a different employee and was given Ken. I will never feel comfortable staying in the lobby because Ken left me there for hours. I would've preferred to stay in the lobby but once I saw I had Ken. I scheduled my service appointment with William.

It got serviced on Saturday the 25th of October, and now when driving it the day after the steering wheel vibrates back and forth when going over 35 miles an hour. And worse on the interstate.

William is the best experience I’ve had at a Toyota service parts center. I’ve been going to them for over a decade as well. Was a breath of fresh air when compared to other experiences I’ve had at the multiple Toyota locations in Las Vegas.
