a problem!They broke a hose in my car. That was fixed great. But my front passenger seat is filled with mud from someone’s shoes. Why would footprints be all over my car? My child does not ride in the front and the back seat my child sits in is cleaner than my front seat is now. Do we no longer respect peoples property? I do not keep a messy car and I was not impressed that my car was treated that way. I would love to continue using this dealership for the convenience because it is close to work but I don’t trust you all with my car.

Valve step cap missing and others not tightened. Pressure in tires not uniform. 36, 37 and 38 lbs. not sure if nitrogen was used to fill. Concerned by the sloppiness and wonder if lug nuts were tightened properly.

2.5 hours for oil change + tire rotation is too long…
The last time I was in, I had brought my Sienna (purchased new from Pedersen) in to have the oil changed in which they did a few things except the oil change, which was very frustrating. This time around with all of the technical glitches and having to take extra time last night so I could take my vehicle home it just left another sour taste. If I'm paying $70 for a conventional oil change, the service better be top notch. I've been disappointed too much with Pedersen, likely not returning.

Ever service seems to take a much longer time than expected. Just to rotate my tires was around 2 hours. This is common for ever service I’ve had. I had an oil change that last almost 3 hours.
Include Smokey and technician as people who were very helpful as well.
My service was express service. I just can’t imagine why it took 2 hours. Completely unacceptable
