Saw Tanner when I checked in never saw him again. The young man who checked me out told me the tires were rotated when I asked they not be when I checked in as they were new. When Tanner asked if I could be texted when the service was needed or completed I said no I would be in the waiting room. I was not personally contacted when service was done but was texted. I only inadvertently saw the text some time later when I received an unrelated text. Also did not receive a detailed check list of the things checked during the service as I have in the past, and others did, so I have no record of checking battery, brakes, etc.
