It took forever to get any information about the status of my vehicle. I was there for two hours!!! The review of my car was done at 2:35 according to the report, but I didn’t get it until after 3pm and then had to wait another 30-45 minutes for the filters to be replaced. I was not happy that it took so long and the communication was lacking and extremely slow. I was disappointed this time.
Scheduled work was not performed. Proof of parts on order for warranty repair could not be provided. Estimated time to complete repair could not be provided. A previously diagnosed issue was noted as could not be duplicated and “return when issue duplicates” and therefore dismissed as an issue. Vehicle was in service for 8+ hrs and was only driven 2 miles and no repairs were made. Vehicle was returned in the same condition in which it was dropped off for scheduled service
I haven't been able to climb underneath yet cause of surgery. But the 4x4 is working.
your time management stinks all three times we brought our car in for service. You ended up keeping our car all day. We asked to have the tire looked at and you told us it was because of the weather and we continued to have to put air in it every two days we feel like you do not care about the customer or about the customers time you continue to tell us that you’re backed up, but what’s the point having a scheduled time why not tell the customer to drop it off in the morning and you’ll have it to them by end of day rather than have them be drug along thinking that it was only gonna take a few minutes to check the tire five hours later you still hadn’t had the car looked at. You also charged us for an in cabin air filter and never changed it we are going to take our cars somewhere else entirely. This is unacceptable in the car business specially after buying a tire package with a brand new car.
Alex is always professional and was able to assist with a simple fix and provide guidance on services and tires.
On one hand, you took really good care of my truck and proactively replaced the engine even though it did not show any signs of problems. That is commendable! And I appreciate that you did it in 3 days! And you gave me a loaner vehicle through the process! Very impressive. My only complaint was the poor communications and less than great attitude I got from the service rep.

Mr. Fisher has helped me before and I felt reassured when I saw him. Like before he answered my questions and provided insight about certain things I would need to do. Got me in and out with no problems!

the service was excellent and the tech videos I recieved in the waiting room amazed me. the only thing I would wish for is the oil change sticker on the windshield to have been updated
