I appreciated the inspection video and details associated with the current health of the vehicle. In addition, this was the first time in 2 years that I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks of calling. Historically this was more than a month or more out which was unreasonable. Especially if I had a major problem as I did with my 2000 landcruiser. So, I appreciate the new availability schedule and was pleased with how quickly I was able to be seen and that the service was completed.

This was my first service ever at Pedersen. It was my new cars first service. It took 2 hours to top off fluids and rotate tires. 15 minutes of that was a driver that couldn't find my car. Not looking forward to my next service.

Wrong milage sticker installed, again. Unfortunately this happened last time. It concerns me that they didn’t do as I had asked and used 10,000 mile interval oil. Other than that everyone was helpful and job was completed in the time provided and I appreciated the suggestions.
