The parts department ordered the door moldings and when they came in they let me set up an appointment time for installation. I showed up at the appointment date and time. The problem was that it should have been done through Michelle as she did not know about it and did make special arrangements to have it done at my appointment time set up by the service department. Michelle had her one qualified technician do a great job of installation. It looks great on my 2025 Tocoma, Limited ( Bronze Oxide ).

I’m not mad at Kyle, to be clear. What happened, though, is that my key was lost. Kyle did everything he could to make the situation right, and I appreciate that. Ultimately, though, my key was lost (and still hasn’t been found), which is absolutely unacceptable service from Pedersen Toyota.
They drive my vehicle 7 miles and Said there were no problems with the wind noise! I bought a brand new Highlander and very disappointed!

He did offer the next up service (10K) because I wanted my oil changed at 5K with a new car. He was very clear that I would be skipping a service. Then though he said they were short, I got my car back on time!
My service person, Bill, was competent but other staff members have been more pleasant. Not asking for steve every time….kinda felt initially ignored when I pulled in. Overall still think you guys do a good job.
I was not happy to be sprung with the 3% fee for credit card processing. If i would have known i would have brought a check or debit card. It’s disappointing to see fees added on to service. They should be built into pricing. As a business owner myself that accepts credit cards i know that 3% is more than the actual processing fee. This fee is leading me a loyal customer to strongly consider servicing my vehicle at another shop from now on.
Kyle was very courteous and professional, he explained everything that was done to my vehicle. I also appreciated the Uber service that was provided. It allowed me to be comfortable in my own home while waiting for my vehicle service to be completed.
