Ken was great! Communicated everything in a timely manner, worked fast, and helped me with all my extra little non engine related questions.
There was also an older gentleman there (I think his name was Steve??) he welcomed me in today and was an absolute hoot to chat with. Great little Toyota team!
Relatively quick and easy. Wish the cost was more budget friendly.

I did not receive a text telling me the car was ready, so waited an extra hour before checking to see what was taking so long. Maybe having someone letting clients know in person when their car is ready would be more customer- friendly.

**** was wonderful and very kind when I dropped off and picked up. But I was not happy with the service. I have discussed it with him and I plan to bring my car back in to fix the items that I needed to fix the first time, but I’m not complaining about ****. He was great

The mechanic that replaced my battery did not reset my radio.
I spent 5 minutes trying to find how to reset my radio with the owners manual, no luck.
William jumped right in to help me out.
He went in to talk to the mechanic and found out I had to keep
the vehicle in reverse for 10 minutes, which I had to do, this
