Robert was helpful, efficient & explained what needed to be done clearly.
We dropped our car off at 7:45 and we’re told it would be ready in the early afternoon. I called at 2:30 because we had a commitment at four and we were running out of time. We did not get our car until 330, and we missed our commitment. This is a completely unreasonable amount of time for the service we received.
Justin was great and it was not his fault that NO one ever informed me when making the appointment that it was going to be 4+ hours for the recall on my truck. It ended up being 5 hours because apparently nothing happens between 12-1 due to lunch. Very frustrating to first learn of this inconvenience upon dropping off my vehicle and then having to rearrange my day and change other appointments.
Expensive. 2 different employees couldn’t get the display screen set right

I received the wrong paperwork when leaving.
I was there for 5,000 Mile maintenance and alerted Kyle of a nail in my tire but to leave the tire on and rotate as normal bc we are going to replace it elsewhere. When I picked up my car, the donut had been put on the car. I had to have the service dept take it off and replace it with the original tire, which took more time.
I'm always extremely pleased with the service advisors and the technicians, but I'd like to say a special thanks to Derek Hardie who did a very thorough review of my van, and gave detailed and informative videos of what he'd found. Also, **** Downs was excellent as usual.

Service advisors were professional and polite
Kyle was refreshing, upbeat, positive and he listened to my concerns. I have no problem with Kyle's service today. The one thing I didn't like, is when my car was delivered outside the service door and I got in, somebody had completely readjusted my driver's seat. I don't have the kind of car that memorizes my seat adjustments, so I had to completely readjust my seat to get it right and it's still not right. So I've never had that happen. Usually people do not adjust my driver seat. So that was annoying. But other than that, you guys are great.
Trevor was friendly and helpful with answers to questions and explanations of service to be performed. He was accurate and thorough especially after additional service was recommended which we appreciated.
