The service was fine. Trevor was gracious. There was some confusion about what service I was receiving so he thought it would take until 2 pm. My appointment was at 11 am. I took an Uber to my Fort Collins home. Then 1 hour later I got the call it was done. All the people helped clear up what service I was receiving, a key being calibrated not a fob. The key had another name I hadn’t heard before. All were helpful and kind. Thank you. Over the years we have purchased 5 Toyota trucks from you all. Sincerely, Mary

Alex was great, but my car was left a mess. The plastic and the foot well paper we left in the car and I found a set of keys in the seat that did not belong to me.
