2 hours for an oil and filter change at "Express Service is ridiculous. I know the MPI takes up some time, but i'll still go elsewhere for simple, routine service. Ken did a fine job. I don't hold him responsible.

Kyle Bagwell and Maintenance Team did a fantastic job with the 5,000-mile preventative maintenance this morning. The videos under the hood and under the truck are very informative. The Pedersen Toyota Team once again does an amazing job.
Appointment was at 10:30 for just a LOF, car was not ready until after 12:15. Almost 2 hours for just a LOF with an appointment.
Great service with short notice to replace a battery
I just realized that although the warranty work was completed, my scheduled oil change didn't occur. Now I need to make time for another appointment.
2:15 for an oil change and inspection (no tire work) when I had an appointment is unacceptable.
I was supposed to have my tires rotated as well, and based on the invoice, it doesn’t look like they were.

Consider differentiation by not asking for the 3% credit card charges. Your service is very good. Don’t be petty with hidden fees.

Yeah it took a while for the oil change. But everything was fine with my truck. Just wished and I don’t know if you have a car wash bay to wash cars after services. But I’ll be back for my next oil change!! Thanks!!

Overcharge and underserve. Miss quoted prices and quoted the most expensive prices for sensors. If you have other sensors, tell your customers. Twice now you have misquoted estimates. Because of that, I do not trust you to take care of my vehicles. I have liked you in the past but feel very highly that because I am woman, you have purposely tried to price gouge me. And only when my husband has taken care of the issues with prices, has the issues been resolved. How can I even trust that you have completed the work I have paid for? GREED HAS GOTTEN THE BEST OF YOU.
