I came in for an stardard oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was 3:15 so one of the last ones. At 4:50 I realized I was alone in the waiting room (several others that came in after me had left). My back was to the windows, and Ifinally looked out side and saw my car just sitting there. I hadn't at that time received any text or notification that my car was ready. I check in with Will and he got me checked out. Only then did I receive a text that the car was ready. That was a little while after the last people left. I don't know how long it sat there ready and who knows how long I would have had to sit there before being informed. What a waste of time. It is so extremely unfortunate, that is time one can't get back.
They forgot to reset our service reminders so we had to come back in. Also when asked to not touch the air pressure in the tires it said they reset them to 40 psi. Guys were friendly but not 100% satistied.
It was over 2 hours for an oil change. No ride home had to stay there the whole time. Other places do it more efficient and quicker. When it was at Volvo I went there all the time but now can’t afford a 2 hours sitting around.
Kyle was fantastic, very helpful answering my questions, planning for my next repairs and his customer service outstanding.

I loved that the person that checked me in talked me down on services that i didnt need that i thought i might because i dont know anything about cars, then told me it wad probably going to be a hour 15 minutes to a hour and 30 minutes but only took 45 minutes, and everyone was kind!! it is my first toyota and coming from ford where they always talked me into services and always charged me so much it was refreshing!!

Inspection was thorough and caught issues that I look forward to addressing soon. This has was the smoothest experience with a dealer’s service department I’ve had.
It seems that 2 1/2 hours for tire rotation and multi point inspection is a bit long, but that’s also due to an old waiting area. Bill did fine.
