While in the waiting room, I heard an employee somewhere behind the desk belch very loudly at least twice. I will continue to come back for service, but it was disgusting.
Ken was great. I love the texts to let me know everything that was going on. Also the gentleman who met me when I pulled in was incredibly kind and friendly and made it a great start to the visit.
I was told it would take 1 hr 20 minutes at the most, but it took 2 hours! This was a simple 40,000 service where I waited in the shop.
You charged me a $130 for a factory covered warranty and a factory recall Service. I complained and my fee was dropped to $93 again for service covered by warranty. At that point I just paid the fee and decided to just move on from Toyota, if this is how you treat your customers if this is how you reward loyalty.
Unfortunately I just noticed oil under the car, no oil wan on my garage floor before this oil change. I will bring in the car first thing Monday.
They got me in & out and were very professional explaining what was done to my vehicle.

Bill was very nice and very efficient. He treated me with respect. Showed me different brands of tires that would be good for my car and the type of driving I do.
William was great to work with. I also wanted to mention the gentleman who greeted me when I first drove in. I don’t know his name, nice man with grey hair. He had great customer service skills, asked me how I was doing, made great eye contact, etc.
