Trevor was great to work with. My response of “not completely satisfied” pertains to a software upgrade that caused issues with the introduction of a(new feature) 8-digit PIN. I had to spend time figuring it out on my own, and how to reset it. Trevor offered to help if needed with a follow up appointment. We were greeted quickly by Alex. When my car was done, we saw Kyle. We are always very pleased with the service at Pedersen Toyota. We bought our car here and we take it here for service. When we are ready to buy a new car, we will definitely come back to Pedersen Toyota.

Very glad that he got the recall completed. It was greatly appreciated thanks to all the corroding that had to happen.
Not as friendly as past visits. Was in with new vehicle for regular maintenance at 5000 miles. After an hour n 15 minutes, I text to ask if all was ok. No response. Went back to Bill and he said it usually takes 1 to 1 1/2 hours but checked and vehicle was almost done. Checked me out, not too friendly at this point, and said car would be brought around. After about another 15 minutes it was brought around and parked in lot. I walked over and he did apologize for not bringing it up front.
What's with the lack of communication? Never before have I felt so brushed off!
I'd like to have Alex back.

Just disappointed about the time it took to complete the service. When I scheduled the appointment, the person that I worked with estimated the required time to be an hour. It actually took over 3 hours. I wasn’t prepared for that at all.

After service a light indicating that passenger airbags are off is permanently illuminated.
The oil was changed even though it had only been 5,000 miles

I was kept up to date on the status of my service in a timely manner.
Two and a half hours for an express maintenance visit is far too long.
