Scheduled an 11am appointment for 20k maintenance and a computer update recall. Upon arrival, an older gentleman made some inappropriate comments tp me about drugs, alcohol, and displeasure for kids despite the fact I said I was pregnant. It made me extremely uncomfortable. Once checked in, I was told it would take 3.5hrs to complete the service which seems very long for basic and expected service. After 3 hrs, I went to the service desk and was told it would be another hour (surpassing the guaranteed finish time). After that hour I went back and was told it would be another 45min. After that 45min I went back and was told my car was done and that it they were pulling it around front. After waiting another 30min for my car, I asked again and was told it was indeed not done. After being denied a courtesy car to leave and come back in the morning, I was forced to wait until closing for them to finish it (despite them also saying again that it would just be another "18 minutes"). The lack of communication, customer service and professionalism, and continued misinformation regarding a finish time was highly disappointing and frustrating. In all, I waited 6.5hrs for my car.
We had a difficult time getting a print-out or written estimate for parts and labor. We called and texted with a request. We asked for something more than a Post-it note & were told that wasn’t possible.
We finally had to go to the dealership in person to obtain one.
We wondered why the parts & labor estimate could not have been sent by email.

This was the third time visiting the service department in the last year, and I was bypassed by customer service with the staff helping customers behind me while I stood there.

Overall service is ok. Waiting room is terrible. No place to really work with a laptop. Need to invest in better services, tables, seating….

90 minutes seems like quite a long time for an oil change on my vehicle. The main thing that is upsetting to me is your new addition of adding 3% to the total bill for processing of a charge card? Price increases on everything are crazy out there and yet you are coming up with more ways to make more money. I am fine to use my debit card but many people aren’t. Is this additional 3% really necessary?
