Thank you for taking care of the 2 recalls on my 2021 RAV4 Hybrid!
I used the Uber option while my car was being serviced. After calling & alerting my service rep. Ken on his voice mail that I needed a ride back it took three phone calls and over a 40 minutes to get you to send an Uber for me. Regarding the service to my car no problems.
The only complaint I have is that I had to wait in my car almost 15 minutes until he came to give me the paperwork and explain what was going to be done. The work was done quickly.
I have always received great service from Toyota!
Would have been nice if the truck got a quick wash I washed the rental vehicle that I had return the favor other than that was a great experience

When I checked my car in, I was told it would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours for the three recall items to be fixed. It ended up taking 4 1/2 hours as I was sitting in the waiting room to get my car. Other than the wait time the servers on my car I’m sure it was excellent.
We finally got rid of the Jeep and got into a reliable Toyota! Nice to have Pederson and their great mechanics working with us. We really appreciate the support and service!

I was there for over three hours waiting for my oil change and tire rotation. Alex did apologize at the end of it all, but I didn’t receive any updates along the way, and the experience was a little strange. He said one to one and a half hours when I checked in. Alex was personable and did a good job of answering my questions during the check-in process. Also, it would be nice to know when I’m scheduling an appointment that things scheduled around noon can lead to this because staff is going to lunch. It is understandable that people go to lunch, but if it’s going to affect my schedule I’d like to know that in advance rather than when I show up. in other words, I skipped lunch because of this situation. This seems odd to me. Imagine going to the doctor and being told that you were going to wait for a couple of hours because the doctor was going to lunch. I was able to do my business work on my computer and therefore just waited it out.
Justin and his team had an incredibly hard task programming a key for a 26 year old Lexus. He refused to give up and eventually got 5 techs involved to coordinate the programming steps within the 1.3 second time limit of this protocol. I think he was happier than I was that they succeeded. Well done!!

Bill did great. Steve did great. Troy did great. We were in a hurry which I didn’t communicate but it took longer than expected to have someone drive the car up afterwards. It would have been nice to have it in the parking lot instead of waiting. It is a nit and hardly worth mentioning…. But you asked. ????
