Ken made a couple service recommendations for the coolant and rear brake pads. I will set up a time in the near future. Ken made my service time quick.
There was no problem at all
Parts for 1 of the recalls was not available, though my understanding was that both recalls would be fixed at this appointment. That being said… Justin was stellar in explaining the reasons and making certain I understood why, answering all of my questions thoughtfully and patiently.
Very attentive to my issues.

Very competent and well priced
First time coming to this Toyota as I usually go to the one in Colorado Springs where I purchased the car from. It was a bit slow to be helped when I first pulled into the garage, however everyone that helped me was very kind! I did show up without an appointment as I was just trying to change my headlights that were out, and it was a fairly quick process.
I appreciated the update through the 4 hours I was there and Ken's advice on recommended required service. He was very professional, helpful and didnt pressure me to accept/buy service I didnt need.
Alex did a great job. However, I had an 11:00 appointment and due to staffing shortages it took almost two hours to complete a routine oil change. Disappointing.
Thank you for all the work and effort with our Insurance Progressive to get another key and FOB replaced.
I just had my vehicle in on 11/21 for a recall and dash cam install they also did some other maintenance at that time, (which looking back on the statement included a tire rotation). Then I had another appointment on Fri 1/16 for another recall, oil-change & maintenance, etc where I see they did another tire rotation. Isn't that just putting the tires back where they were a month or 2 ago?
