2024 RAV4 recall. This dealership should have known they don’t have the parts required for the recall before it was even scheduled. I scheduled this a month ago and reserved a rental car for the day, only to find out 4 hours later that this dealership doesn’t have the parts required for this TSB. Just poorly handled. I feel like I need reimbursed for my rental. My name is Mark P

My wheels were dinged up and scratched during the rotation process, I talked to Chris about this and will meet with him on Friday . 1st time to have them rotated exactly why I have not done it before , just because my truck is 11 years does not give someone the excuse. To damage my wheels , hopefully this will be taken care of as Chris seemed to understand and want to repair the damage if possible.

Would appreciate service advisor talking to customer if advised services are not clear. Would like the maintenance required reset in car if is on screen. So do not have to call or go back to service. Thanks

The drivers side rear view mirror outer cover is broken- the tech’s initial estimate of $250 seemed high but I approved it- but then it was actually $600 to replace the mirror!!! That seems so exorbitant - I wish I could get the cover for the mirror taken care of more reasonably- will look online

Super slow - 2 Hour wait for a tire rotation (with an appointment to boot). Really, Really unfortunate you've done away with your drivers and receptionist. Nothing like being treated as a **** and a number. Sickening. Submit
