I initially made an appointment and drove from Greeley to Fort Collins. When I got to my appointment I asked how long it would take and Kyle told me well, we are kind of behind so probably a couple of hours when I was initially told an hour.
I told Kyle I didn’t have 2 hours to wait as I had to work within that 2 hour mark. If I knew it would be that long I would have scheduled a different time to come and did not enjoy driving from Greeley to Fort Collins just to drive back without the service I scheduled.
I made a different appointment and when I did, I asked the receptionist about how long the appointment would take in the morning time and she laughed and said “how am I supposed to know?” I responded that I wasn’t sure why that was funny and if she could ask someone. She stated I could get ahold of Kyle if I wanted to know.
I scheduled my appointment on a day off and when I arrived, I was helped and left my vehicle. It was about 45 minutes later my vehicle was done, which was nice but not sure why it would have take. 2 hours before.
I don’t think I will be returning for service at this location, overall lack of strive to genuinely help customers well.
**** estimated for 4 to 4 1/2 hours. It took seven hours! Yikes, he did not proactively bring updates to me as we only had one car and I had to stay at Toyota because I was working on my computer and needed the Internet connection. I had to always go ask him every half hour to an hour after being late what’s the status and why the work done was great. Communication was poor.

Hello- very surprised for the 15,000 mile check up was just rotating of the tires. Also that my car is not still under warranty having it only 2 years. Received a charge of $45.15
I paid for my service and waited another hour. I finally went inside to ask about my car and another team member told me I should sign a paper, though I had already signed online, then my car was brought around. I am unhappy about having g to wait 2 hours for a oil change, especially because there’s no telling how long I really needed to wait.

Justin was great, the wait For the repair with an appointment seemed lengthy, four hours. I was sad I didn’t go home, I thought the wait would be two hours. It was torture waiting four hours in the lobby.
