Ken Seil was informative throughout the visit, and responsive to my requests, my replies, and in preparation for a return visit to be scheduled to handle an issue created on the car's bumper and for tires. We appreciate Petersen's service.
I had very high expectations for the work done here, especially after spending over $100, waiting for nearly 2 hours, and receiving high praise/reviews from family and friends. That said, I was throughly underwhelmed, having spent what I did and waiting nearly 2 hours, I still had a brake light out despite requesting it be changed/fixed AND paying for the service. Even after calling to request it be fixed the next day in a timely manner, i was informed that my vehicle, which i rely on for work, would need to remain for the entire day. When requesting a thorough inspection following some lights on my dash having been on, I recieved what felt like a minimal report which highlights being my floor mats not placed correctly, a streaky rear wiper, and a brake light out and no other apparent inspections.
Kyle was absolutely wonderful, very kind and accommodating. When I called to request my rear brake light be fixed, he ensured that I was informed on my options as well as thw time it would likely take for each one. I am very appreciative of him and his follow up/communication.
Great experience. Courteous, timely, and helpful.
Trevor arranged for both of the recalls on my RAV4 hybrid to happen in addition to the oil change. I really appreciated that - Saved me a trip to Ft Collins. Thanks for the excellent service!

While initially I wasn't sure what was causing a problem with my backup camera,yellow lines disappeared on backup camera, we thought it may have been tied to the battery because my startups had a bit of a hiccup in the morning. My battery was replaced, it was the original-2019,and then my radio wasn't working. The tech tried a restart but apparently that didn't work and I was told I would need a new radio assembly. It was working before the battery replacement. The tech called JBL and they walked them through the restart. All's well that ends well.
Communication about the parts being in or not was not the best, we had to keep calling to make sure all parts were in and canceled appointment 3 times bc parts not in thanks

Repeatedly told the beeping I reported as new was “normal” and that I likely just didn’t pay attention. Owned the car for 15 years I think the fact that both myself and my wife just noticed a new beeping we’d have a good understanding of “normal”
