Great customer service and vehicle service.
Robert refused to listen to anything I had to say. I tried telling him repeatedly that I had personally already replaced a recalled part. He kept bluntly replying, "No, you didn't." Perhaps because I'm a woman, he wouldn't listen.
The things I requested be inspected for the appointment in the first place were not inspected. If recalls take priority over why I made the appointment I wish that was communicated.
It's very sad that I have to have a man accompany me to your business to be heard and not gaslit. Robert was fairly unprofessional.
My car was quickly & efficiently serviced. I really appreciated the Uber service offered.

**** was great. The estimated were incorrect and he got those fixed. Very happy you guys got me back in the next day to fix brake pads and patch the tire.

My car still isn’t ready. As it is a 1974 Land Cruiser, the technician qualified to work on it was on a big, difficult job and could not work on my old car.
Hopefully the work will be completed tomorrow.

I didn’t get his name, but the older guy that greeted me when I drove into the service bay was awesome. I’ve been there a few times over the last couple years and every time he’s been great, smiling, and personable. As the first interaction of the day he really set a positive tone. Whatever you’re paying him, double it!
Bill handled this routine maintenance appointment smoothly, gave me the video update in a timely fashion and checked me out without delay.
Nothing wrong with the rep that helped me, and I think the recall situation was handled appropriately. Just mind boggled how much the driver seat was moved for such a short time in the shop. And thought they’d replace the fob back on to the rest of my keys before handing over the vehicle.
A friend has had similar issues regarding the seat movement when going to have maintenance done to her car at this facility.
Nothing critical, and perhaps more “first world problem”, but the seat was moved both down and backwards excessively. I’m 5’6”, it shouldn’t have needed that much of an adjustment when they’re just taking it for a 30 second drive.
I was very happy with almost everything. Friendliness, thoroughness, honesty, efficient. The dashboard and displays were off, tho, which i noticed as I drove off. . And I’m not technical. Someone came out and reset the main display, and then I managed to reset the clock when I noticed that.. Maybe a small thing but it would be nice to not have to stress out over that stuff.
