Only things I feel I would add to the video inspection when large services such as driveline maintenance is performed, quick videos of fluids draining and and re-filling, old filter (removed) new filter installed. Even for oil changes would be value to me personally.

I dropped my car off at 9:30 am on Friday. The service advisor gave me a 3:30-4 pm estimate for the car being ready. I didn’t receive a call from Pedersen, called at 5 pm & left a message with the service department, called the service department again Saturday morning at 7:30 am & still didn’t receive a return call. I found the card that Bob T. gave me, left him a message & 15 minutes later received a text that our vehicle was ready. We have bought 9 cars from Pedersen in the 15 years. We deserve better service.

The process of dropping off and picking up my vehicle is so odd. When I dropped off my vehicle there were multiple employees in the garage drop off area and many of them just walked by me without making any sort of contact. Even a just someone making eye contact and mentioning “we will be with you in a moment” would have been helpful. I’m never sure if I’m supposed to go to the desk if the employee who is assigned my car or just stand there and wait. When the employee did help me they were friendly but otherwise I am just standing there being ignored. It’s a weird feeling especially as a female who has been treated poorly at other service places.
