The initial call I made to Pedersen about my gouged tire was great, she told me to pull right in to the garage and get my tire checked. Things went downhill from there. My two interactions with Trevor and the scheduler I talked to on Tuesday made me feel silly and small. I need to feel safe on I25, not humiliated for asking for help.
Chris’s phone call made me feel so much better, I hope this is a learning experience so others don’t feel like I did.

I was disappointed that I was not able to schedule a tech to look at a faulty switch on the car. The door lock button is fully depressed, stuck in that position, and not functional. I am from out of state by moving to the area and was told it would be many days before I could get anyone to “run diagnostics” and replace the button.
Oil change and warranty inspection were fine
Alex provided optimal customer service and gave me updates and suggestions throughout the service appointment. Will certainly return and recommend to friends and family.
I am going tomorrow to talk to the service manager to discuss numerous, glaring problems that occurred during this service visit. Bob did a super job. The problem was with the execution of the service; from your online service requests, how Bob had to redo my service requests that were done online (twice), I was not notified about some deferred items that could have been taken care of during this service visit, the MPI that missed the nail in the tire (caught on the second day), the notification that stated the vehicle was ready but was not (2 hours after original notification), and how my spare tire jack rods were left on the backseat floorboard and you lost my locking lug that was in the bag. Once again, Bob did a super job but the execution was terrible.
