I dropped my car off at 10:30 to have fluids changed. I had planned on staying while the work was done, but was told the car wouldn’t be ready until 3 or 4 pm. A Uber ride home was arranged for me. Around 4pm I called to see if the work was done. That’s when I learned the transmission fluid change had not been done nor included in the original estimate. I had a doctor’s appointment at 9 am the next day so the delay was not acceptable. And what is the problem with the service department line not accessible after about 4:15? I finally contacted someone in the new car sales who relayed information to my service advisor. Reflecting on today’s events, I will be taking my car elsewhere in the future.

The service , Bill was super responsive to my issue with my car. The mechanic was concerned and did everything possible to make sure my car was OK. I really trust this company and I’ll be back!

Never actually interacted with ****. Dropped it off on Saturday, was told the parts were going to come in on Tuesday, it took me reaching back out on Friday to get an answer on if my truck was done with service. Was charged $45 for tire rotation after I was told that would be included after buying my tires through Toyota. Truck was really rough starting upon pick up. After expressing my concerns with a service advisor, the service manager took the truck back and figured out a solution. It shouldnt take elevating to the service manager to understand my concern of something was not a problem upon drop off and it is now a problem after service.

It took your team almost 48 hours to get a fob which I purchased there and then another $300 for it to be programmed. That is completely unacceptable and I am going to most definitely spread the word about the debacle and cost for a single fob to be programmed. Brett A
