**** isn’t your best. I’ve worked with several of your staff as I’ve had service on my Toyota exclusively at your location for the last 14 years. But no one has ever dismissed or discounted my words as **** did during my recent check-in. Very little eye to eye contact. Ignored anything I had to say and replied that the technician will run the diagnostic and ‘we’ll see” in a fairly condescending manner. All the others have been no pleasant. He could use a refresher in demeanor or to even pretend that customers statements mean anything. I may request anyone else the next time I bring it in, if I do.
I would like to know what took soo long to change the oil in my van. After 2 hours of waiting, I had to go back to the service desk to ask what was going on. I didn't believe the story about 4 mechanics going home sick. If it were true, I would have at least expected to be contacted to let me know about the delay. I can't wait to hear from your representative.
