It seemed to me that whoever drove my car, had an extremely hard breaking because everything I had in the back was jammed up against the back of the front seats… Those items had been in the back of my car for quite some time and never shifted. I have a bag of tools that probably weigh 20 pounds they have been jammed all the way up behind the front seats.

I was told my vehicle was ready. Got an uber just fine. Showed up at 10:11AM at the dealership. I went to Will’s desk, he graciously explained we were not charged for the patch job on our tire. Which I appreciated and said as much. Will said I should wait in the lobby for my car to be brought to me out front. No problem. I waited for about 15 mins patiently wondering where my truck was. Decided about 20 mins in to go ask. When I did Will showed me a camera of my truck still in the other lot… but again, my car was “ready”… like fine I go back and wait 10-15 more mins. No car. No service understanding what’s going on. I look out the window. My truck is parked with no one there. I go out to it. No key in the truck. I go back to Will’s desk? The key is hanging in a key ring. Are you kidding me?

i think highly of your service department. I think there might have been a misunderstanding b/c I thought you knew I had to get in and out as quickly as possible. But I had to keep pushing to get a time it would be ready, then they didn’t know where the car was being serviced (it was a routine maintenance job). The three men I dealt with were polite and professional, so I think it was maybe a combination of things. All I know is that I showed up for my shift a few minutes late, and missed getting lunch.

Service team was great. There was an oversight on suggested maintenance that was already done last service check that I approved (my oversight) and Trevor corrected the oversight after discussing with him when I caught both my oversight and the service team’s oversight despite them already doing the service. I appreciated how he owned it on their end and went above and beyond to correct it. Moments like this is where trust is strengthened and I will continue to be a loyal customer bringing in my Toyota(s) for service. Great work to all the team!

The service was top-notch! Alex was the person that I spoke with and he did an outstanding job I had forgot my credit card and had to go home and get it and he trusted me enough to just do that and then I called him and we straightened it out but I will continue using you guys no reason to quit

This was the first time where I felt like Pedersens service was less than acceptable. I had my vehicle towed over on Thursday evening, with an appointment scheduled for 2pm on Friday. After speaking directly with the technician, not my service manager, I was able to explain what I was hearing. The technician indicated that it would probably best to leave it at the shop until Monday, which I had no problem with. On Monday I received no communication about the vehicle. I left a voicemail at the general Service Center number 1pm asking if there was an update. I called back at 4pm and again received a voicemail. On Tuesday morning I called at opening and I was told that my Service Advisor was out and someone else would be calling. I was not called back and only received an update after I called back again at around noon. I understand people get sick, have to take time off, etc. However, it felt like my vehicle was just going to sit unless I started to press for something to get done.

Got in for an appointment quickly. Tanner Reed did a great job answering questions and giving me options for additional service on my truck. The service was finished quickly and without issue. Tanner also answered questions on a couple of recall software items that need to be completed but are not urgent. Thanks for the fine work.

I have had Justin a few times now for service. Everytime he is super awesome, great communication and makes sure that everything is explained / realistic about the time the service will take. I have buddies over at Stevenson Toyota and prefer to come back to pedersen everytime.
