Robert seemed to be in a mood. Only spoke as needed and never oncr looked directly at me. I was only in for a recall but it was my first time at this dealership. All other service people were friendly and out going.

It took 2 hours to rotate my tires. Everyone was very nice but it took forever and your lobby was hot.

When it was done we had to walk and push our disabled daughter all the way through the parking lot in her wheelchair to get to our vehicle. Not even in a handicap spot. Also, my vehicle didn't get washed or vacuumed like it did all the other times we have gone there. Do you not do that anymore!?

Requested and was billed for a tire rotation that wasn't done. After lengthy discussion with technician that prooved it wasn't completed received a refund. Lost confidence that services being paid for are actually being performed.
